Dinosaurs Lift the Flap by Taffy Tales
Children’s Board Book | Flap Book

For the past four years, we’ve had a bit of a dinosaur invasion happening at our house. With a four-year-old who is absolutely obsessed with dinos, the kids’ room is packed with Jurassic toys and reads. So when I saw this new board book from Taffy Tales, Dinosaurs: Lift-the-Flap, I knew it was going to be a hit.
This new book in the Fun Flaps series is a chunky board book with die-cuts throughout. Featuring six different pages, the book highlights predators and carnivores, dinos by the sea, dinos in the Badlands, long neck dinos, dinosaurs with wings, and a page with other prehistoric creatures.
Each page contains fun and colourful illustrations of the different dinosaurs, including their names and some interesting facts about what they ate, where they lived, and what they looked like! It was perfect for my dino-loving four-year-old. He had a lot of fun looking at the pictures, opening the flaps, and trying to remember each dinosaur’s name.
The board book pages are thick and sturdy for smaller fingers to grasp and read, and the facts are a great introduction to the different types of dinosaurs for these littler readers. For the dino-obsessed toddlers, this is a great book to add to the shelf.
